WHAT IS HAPPY ISLES EXCLUSIVE VIRTUAL ACCESS?
Happy Isles Virtual Access is our new virtual program!
Booking includes 24 hour access to our new database, which houses HI's current clothing collection in its entirety. Virtual Access also includes a complimentary Facetime follow up. Access is granted every Sunday at 10am PST and closes Monday at 10am PST with the use of a special database login granted after booking.
Virtual Access every week is limited to 20 users, and is first-come-first-serve. If you don't see availability, that means our virtual calendar is full for the week.
Purchase inquiries may be made directly from our database, or through an an additional virtual consultation with your Happy Isles virtual stylist.
WHAT IS THE FEE FOR ACCESS?
$385 is our non-refundable Virtual Access Fee. If a purchase is made within one week of your Access, you will receive $200 back as a discount on your final invoice.
HOW DO FACETIME FOLLOW UPS WORK?
An optional 10 minute follow up virtual consultation is included in your Exclusive Virtual Access. A link to schedule a follow up will be accessible on the database, and further coordinated over email. These follow ups will likely occur on Mondays. In these 10 minutes, your Happy Isles stylist will answer any questions and guide you for a closer look on up to 3 pieces.
*We are not able to offer holds on any pieces. Although we are happy to provide additional details during virtual consultations, this does not guarantee a particular piece will still be available. Items may sell prior through other means (in-store, to other Access users, etc).*
WHAT IF I WANT TO TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AT MORE THAN 3 PIECES ON FACETIME?
An extended 30 minute follow up session is also offered for an additional fee of $100. In these 30 minutes, your Happy Isles stylist will answer any questions and guide you for a closer look on up to 10 pieces.
HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE ONCE I HAVE VIRTUAL ACCESS?
There are a few options for purchase.
1.Outright Purchase / *All Sales Final*:
Purchase inquiries may be made directly from the database (or after your virtual follow up). Database inquiries will be processed by 10am PST Monday morning in the order that they were received. Once an invoice is sent, you will have one hour to complete it, or the item goes back up for grabs. All payments are made through an emailed invoice.
2. Home Try-On:
For a non-refundable fee, you can try up to 5 pieces at-home. Below is our pricing structure for at-home try-ons:
(1) item try-on is a $350 non-refundable fee.
This includes one-way overnight shipping. You have 24 hours at home to spend with a piece. If you'd like to return, you are responsible for overnight shipping back to Happy Isles. If you'd like to purchase the item, you receive a $100 discount towards your purchase.
For additional items, up to 5, the non-refundable fee goes up $100 per item. For every singular item purchased, you receive a $100 discount towards the item.
For example, if 3 items are shipped for try-on, the non-refundable fee paid upfront via invoice is $550. If two of those items are purchased, you receive a $200 discount towards your final invoice. The third returned dress must be overnighted back to the Happy Isles salon.
Credit card details will be held but not charged, and the shipping schedule will be confirmed verbally at the end of your virtual follow up.
The credit card on file will only be charged in case a dress returns late or in lesser condition then when it arrived.
*If an at-home try-on occurs during the week of your Access, and a purchase is made, an additional $200 discount will be applied to your final invoice.*
