Virtual Appointments

HOW DOES A VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT WORK?

Our 40 minute FaceTime appointments are one-on-one with a Happy Isles stylist.

We begin by going through your booking form questionnaire where you may elaborate on what you are looking for. From there, we pull items for you based on your wants, keeping in mind your sizing and budget. Usually a virtual pull consists of anywhere from 5-20 pieces.

After discussing each piece and narrowing down your selections (up to 8), your HI stylist will follow up via text with additional photos, measurements and pricing.

HOW DO I BUY SOMETHING FROM A VIRTUAL?

After your appointment, you have two options for purchase.

1) You can buy an item outright. We send an invoice over to you, and once paid, we ship and keep you posted with tracking.  *All Sales Final*

2) You can move forward with an at-home try-on. See below.

DOES MY VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT FEE APPLY TOWARDS A PURCHASE?

Yes! Your non-refundable $185 virtual appointment fee is applied towards a purchase made within 24 hours of your appointment.

HOW DOES AT-HOME TRY-ON WORK?

For an additional fee, you can try up to 5 pieces in the comfort of your own home!

Below is our pricing structure for at-home try-ons:

(1) item try-on is a $350 non-refundable fee.

This fee includes one-way overnight shipping. The client has 24 hours at home to spend with a piece and is responsible for overnight shipping back to Happy Isles if it doesn’t work. If the item is purchased, the client receives $100 back towards their purchase (in the form of a $100 discount on their final invoice).

For additional items, up to 5, the non-refundable fee goes up $100 per item. For every singular item purchased, the client receives $100 back towards their purchase.

Credit card details will be held but not charged, and the shipping schedule will be confirmed verbally at the end of your Virtual Appointment.

The credit card on file will only be charged in the case that a dress returns late or in lesser condition then when it arrived.

For any questions about our at-home try-on policy, please email William (william@thehappyisles.com) or we will be happy to talk through details and questions at the end of your appointment.

While You Browse...
