Where ya from? Allentown, PA – yes, like the totally not super depressing Billy Joel song.

How long have you been at Happy Isles? 6 years!!!! Since July 2018!

Most rewarding part of the job? When all my coworkers are happy with the in-house snacks that I’ve selected. Oh, and one time I received a handwritten card in the mail from a MOB thanking me for…being me, basically, and that felt really good.

Who are your style icons? Meg Ryan, Michelle Williams (actor), Zoe Kravitz (I’m a millennial), 1950s Teddy Girls, 90s Gwen Stefani, all of the Spice Girls.

TikTok or IG? At this moment, still IG. However, Pinterest is probs my fav app to get lost in.

Favorite movie? I have 3 and these are in no particular order – Clueless, Beetlejuice, Robin Hood: Men in Tights. I have real highbrow taste.

Favorite TV show? Peep Show – I think I can live with just putting one on here even though about 14 run through my mind right now.

Favorite book? n/a…

Favorite podcast? Guys We Fucked and The C Word

Favorite song right now? Been listening to two songs a lot lately…Fio Maravilha by Bon Entendeur and then that absolute banger Life in the Fast Lane by Eagles.

Cocktail or black tie? Cocktail – I look best in a mini.

Silver or gold? Gold…I think…

Most worn piece in your closet? 1000% my slouchy long black vintage cardigan. 

Favorite piece in your closet? I scored a gold lame strapless Loris Azzaro jumpsuit on eBay that fits me *perfectly* for an insaaaaane price ~5 years ago. I think I’ve only worn it once, so far, to the Magic Castle. 

Favorite vintage designers? Alfred Bosand, Malcolm Starr, Geoffrey Beene, Todd Oldham, Loris Azzaro, Pierre Cardin 

Favorite contemporary designers? Jeremy Scott, Melody Ehsani, Mary-Kate & Ashley Olsen, Taylor Dorry

Favorite outfit you ever wore? Probably what I wore to the wedding of some very dear pals a couple of years ago. My dress was a beige sheer long sleeve Tom Ford midi drop waist with a multi color velvet floral pattern paired with Oma The Label’s Olokun lucite and gold hoop earrings and a pair of secondhand JCrew crushed red velvet platform heels. I had a faded pink curly bob at the time.

Biggest fashion regret? This terrible picture of me on Easter circa 2004 pops up somehow every year where I’m wearing an aqua empire tunic thing with white capris. The proportions are all wrong, my hair is straightened to a crisp and it is so haunting. Janet recently said to me, “I bet you never had an awkward phase” and I flashed her that pic. She immediately ate her words.

Biggest fashion pet peeve? Men wearing sandals that do not fit them. I’ve never seen a man wearing a sandal that wasn’t at least 1 full size too big. Guys, why?

 Favorite celeb red carpet look? Not gonna lie, Lady Gaga on any red carpet in the mid 00s really gives me life still to this day. I’m talking the meat dress to the VMAs, when she showed up to the Grammys in an egg, the dress made of hair, all the outfits she wore sans pants, I lived for it! 

Favorite liquid treat? Non alc – London fog. Alc – Moscow mule

Favorite solid treat? Mint chocolate chip ice cream 4ever<3

Your ice-breaker fun fact? I was in a bowling league for 6 years – 5 in Philadelphia and 1 in LA. If not for covid, I’d probably still be doing it!

Describe your perfect date? I’m humiliated to admit that this question took me the longest to answer, especially because it’s so cliche. I think my ideal date really would be a chill yummy dinner and then a long walk and then seeing a movie at the theater. Ideally it’s a cute theater, like Los Feliz 3 in LA or the Ritz in Philadelphia. Post movie we talk and dissect and then go home and I have a cup of tea. I’m a simple gal, what can I say? Back in the day it would have been something bananas like“pregaming” with a disgusting concoction and then showing up to a dive bar at midnight and dancing until the lights came on. Oh, to be young!

Are you a black cat or a golden retriever? Wow, no one has ever asked me this. Not completely sure what it means but definitely a black cat.

Are you a Barbie, Bratz, Polly Pocket or American Girl Doll? Also don’t know what this means but Polly Pocket. These last two questions are really showing who’s north of 30 around here, huh?
